Product benefits

  • Safe and tested: each chain link is proof load tested to 2.5 times the Working Load Limit (WLL) before delivery. Additionally, each production batch undergoes rigorous testing to meet the minimum breaking force and elongation requirements, ensuring maximum safety in every use.

  • Long-lasting durability: PSLA features a durable electrophoretic wet paint (E-coat) finish in blue, providing superior resistance to wear and corrosion. This ensures the chain remains reliable and functional even in demanding environments.

  • Exceptional ductility: The chain offers great ductility, with a minimum elongation of 20% before failure, providing flexibility and resilience during lifting operations.

  • Accurate: Each chain length is calibrated in the factory before delivery, ensuring accurate and consistent performance in every application.

  • Consistent Quality: PSLA is manufactured using automatic chain welding machines,  guaranteeing consistent quality and reliability, giving you peace of mind during critical lifting tasks.

  • Compliance and Certification: The chains fulfill the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, ensuring they meet stringent safety and quality standards. Each box includes a 14-language 2.2 Certificate and EC/UKCA Declaration of Conformity, providing comprehensive documentation for compliance.
