When buying goods in www.certex.lv online store, you can receive the order in Certex Latvija warehouse or chose delivery throughout Latvia.
Items that are available in stock are delivered withing 2 – 3 working days. Goods that are not in stock will be delivered in accordance with delivery terms presented under product description and chosen way of delivery. Also, you will get an e-mail with order confirmation and delivery date.

If you choose to collet your goods in our warehouse, the order will be ready for pick-up within 1 – 2 working days, unless different delivery time is shown for selected goods. We will inform you as soon as your order is ready to collect! |
Delivery by courier |

If you have chosen delivery by courier, your order will be delivered to doors to specified address within 2 – 3 working days, unless different delivery time is shown for selected goods. You will receive an e-mail with delivery date, and in the day of delivery courier will inform you about delivery time. Delivery time throughout Latvia is working days from 8:00 till 17:00. When collecting your order from courier, please check the condition of all goods and sign transportation certificate or other document confirming that you have received your package! If any damage is noticed- damaged packing; inconsistency of goods quantity; incorrect invoice- write this information in the transportation certificate and inform us by e-mail or phone! Delivery fee is 10.00 EUR +VAT. We provide free delivery for orders over 500 EUR (excluding VAT). |
Collection from DPD pickup points |

Delivery to DPD parcel terminals will take approximately 2 – 3 working days, depending on location, unless different delivery time is shown for selected goods. You will be informed with e-mail from us in the day when we hand over the parcel to the DPD and then you will be informed by text message from DPD once your parcel will be ready for collection. Collect your parcel within 7 days by entering the code from DPD message. Please check the condition of all goods! If any damage is noticed- damaged packing; inconsistency of goods quantity; incorrect invoice- inform us by e-mail or phone! Delivery fee is 3.00 EUR +VAT. We provide free delivery for orders over 500 EUR (excluding VAT). |
