Return of goods
The Buyer can return the product to the Seller if not more than 14 days have passed since the date of receipt of the goods and the product is not damaged and has not been used.
The Buyer must submit a written document explaining the reason why he wish to return the product to the seller (please ask document info@certex.lv).
By employing the above right of withdrawal, the Buyer must cover the cost of returning the goods.
The Buyer cannot refuse the goods purchased in the Online Store if the goods were specially made and delivered to the Buyer's order (such as cut ropes and chains, chain slings, rope slings), special orders that are not stored in the Seller's warehouse (goods, whose delivery time is more than 2-3 dd) and are ordered specially for the Buyer.
Warranty
All goods sold in the Online Store have a two-year warranty against factory defects. The guarantee is granted to legal entities for 1 year. The warranty takes effect from the date of sale (from the moment the bill of lading is issued).
The warranty is void if:
· If the product is manufactured according to the customer's requirements and the customer is informed about the product's non-compliance with the applicable requirements;
· The product is made of the customer's material (without documents of origin).
If the Buyer has received a low quality product or the product has defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer must contact Certex Latvia as soon as possible and we will eliminate the defect or replace the product with a new one. If it is not possible to repair the defect or replace the product with a new one, then we will return the money paid by the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) working days, including delivery costs.
